It is not possible to open cases by writing an e-mail, as Juniper mentions on their website ("We do not support opening new Cases via email.").
If nothing happens, then please call again one of the support numbers and ask for an update.

in this case you have to contact Juniper to open an Admin case so that they grant you access to the vMX Eval software.
If you have access to the Case Manager, you can open an Admin case here:
