The routing size limitations are based on the RE model installed primarily with available memory and not the MX platform itself.
There is not a limit in the number of created tables, but a limit in the total number of routes across all tables created.
Unfortunately, those specifications are NOT on the public site. But they can be obtained from your Juniper or partner sales engineer for the models you are running or considering. The limits are quite large in the many millions of routes in the models deployed over the last five years.
