The flags are not related to the L2 frames. They are internal data structures used by l2ald (Layer-2 Address Learning Daemon) to indicate various pieces of information.

Subject: Learned MAC with flag 0x2001f and deleted MAC with flag 0x1000
Hi,
I would like to ask. What would the flag code mean on the following two messages?
Wed Mar 17 19:22:59 2021 vlan_name vlan_1847+1847 mac bc:91:b5:aa:d9:85 was learned on ae20.0 with flags: 0x2001fWed Mar 17 19:22:59 2021 vlan_name vlan_1847+1847 mac ba:89:c8:df:47:91 was deleted from ae20.0 with flags: 0x1000
I found it when investigating in MAC learning behaviour by using "show ethernet-switching mac-learning-log" on EX switch device.
