    When I should use the same RD ? and When I souldn't?.

    Route distinguishers are used when you are running mpls vpn or evpn configurations.

    The route distinguisher is just a label put on the route by the advertising router.  These are used to keep the bgp route tables organized. 

    This is an l2vpn example configuration.
