We have a setup where our Juniper router connects to ISP provided layer 2 device.
ISP is suggesting high power received from our Juniper but looking our router interface diagnostics options we are not seeing any such thing.

Both transmit and receive power is be below -7dBm. Transmit power is typically good when it is in the 6 dB range between -1 and -7 dBm.
*Receive power is normally expected between - 1 and -9.9 dBm*
Our stats show both are below -7dBm

The carrier is adamant our device is transmitting high power and we should be using a attenuator.
Carrier :we have high receive power alarm on client port.
Tx power (-4.94 dBm):
High alarm: -1.00 dBm Low alarm: -11.51 dBm
High warning: -2.00 dBm Low warning: -10.51 dBm
