    Hello,

I hope this is the right place to ask this question.
I have MX5 router and for past two days it has been crashing with following message:

    Dump header from device /dev/da0s1b
    Architecture: powerpc
    Architecture Version: 1
    Dump Length: 79773696B (76 MB)
    Blocksize: 512
    Dumptime: Thu Feb 11 20:42:38 2021
    Hostname: WFD-Rtr-1
    Magic: FreeBSD Kernel Dump
    Version String: JUNOS 13.3R3.6 #0: 2014-07-17 16:10:43 UTC
    builder@hallath.juniper.net:/volume/build/junos/13.3/release/13.3R3.6/obj-powerpc/junos/bsd/kernels/JUNIPER-PPC/kernel
Panic String: data storage interrupt trap
    Dump Parity: 301978033
    Bounds: 6
    Dump Status: good

Is this a hardware or software issue and how do I go about troubleshooting it?
