I created an aggregate route  192.168.104.0/22  which has four contributors. I need to exclude them. How can I specify them ?

    thanks !!

I did the following, is this the correct way ?

    set policy-options policy-statement Exp2OSPF term 3 from aggregate-contributor
    set policy-options policy-statement Exp2OSPF term 3 then reject

are you using the aggregate route to announce via BGP, but the contributing routes are also BGP, so your wanting to reject the announcing of the contributing prefixes all while allowing the aggregate to be announced?

Also I like to know  whether I can specify a prefix which only covers the contributing routes for 192.168.104.0/22.

    thanks !!

ospf has a knob for doing summarization.  it's the area-range command.  if you also use the restrict option w/ this command, it will restrict the more specifics.
