[MX104] SFP+ not showing up on FPC2

    Hi All,

     

    I am preparing and checking a MX104-40G-AC-BNDL before do the POC to Customer.

    I have 5 SFP+ (1 Juniper and 4 Third party) and installing to builtin 10G ports (port 0 and 1 have activated by licenses).

    But the SFP+ detail and serial number not showing up.

    It's weird that the port is up, but the "show chassis hardware" does not display an SFP. If your link on xe-2/0/0 is up and passing traffic, that link should be okay. We can gather the following data to further debug the lack of SFP  info being displayed in operational commands -

    To rule out a SW bug, can you try upgrading to a recent release and see if the problem still exists?

    It works by upgrading to the recommended version.
