    Hi All

I have no idea to type some command . And then the start command is as root@xxxx_RE0:~#

If type show, router will reply me as "show : Command not found."

So, I can't use it normally. How to change back to root@xxxx_RE0> ?

    Thanks

    Cloud

    Hi,

Look like you're in shell prompt. Please type cli to enter in command mode.

    Regards,

To add some good techpubs documentations on the same…

To log in to a router and start the CLI:

    Log in as root.

The root login account has superuser privileges, with access to all commands and statements.

    Start the CLI:

    root# cli

    root@>

The > command prompt shows you are in operational mode. Later, when you enter configuration mode, the prompt will change to #.
