EX3400 for Core/Distribution

    We have a collapsed core design being fulfilled by a pair of HP 5400zl chassis. I'm wanting to replace these with a virtual-chassis consisting of a few EX3400s. Are any of you using EX3400s in this capacity? We are a smallish company. A WAN circuit to 5 small branch offices, link to our on-premise servers, 2 links to different building on campus, and connection to internet.

    If the client connected is not more than 400it should not have an issue.

    Thanks for your reply. Do you mean 400 simultaneous clients? I do not think we will surpass this!

    As long that client not have heavy traffic then it should ok. But i  suggest the client is below 200 if u want made EX3400 as small Core Switch..
