    Hi,

I have asked this question to the routing community section before. I was unable to find the switching community. Here is my previous discussion thread.

I would like to ask. What would the flag code mean on the following two messages?
    Wed Mar 17 19:22:59 2021 vlan_name vlan_1847+1847 mac bc:91:b5:aa:d9:85 was learned on ae20.0 with flags: 0x2001f
    Wed Mar 17 19:22:59 2021 vlan_name vlan_1847+1847 mac ba:89:c8:df:47:91 was deleted from ae20.0 with flags: 0x1000

I found it when investigating in MAC learning behaviour by using "show ethernet-switching mac-learning-log" on EX switch device.

    Hi

I think the flags in this message indicate the action.
    0x1000 is for deletion
    0x2001f for learning
    0x2101f for changing

    Hope this helps

Ok then, thank you. I didn't realize that the answer is so simple.
