DHCP Server Port-Based Address Allocation Feature Design

    Dear Team,

We have the following requirement in an hospital scenario

                                1.  Each patient bed will have a data port and a monitor will be attached  to it. It's IP address are to be fixed with the bed.  Meaning that the same IP address is always offered to it if we connect the Ethernet cable to the same port, the same IP address is allocated through the DHCP to the attached device.

                               2. This IP address is always offered to the same connected port even as the client ID or client hardware address changes in the DHCP messages received on that port even the device being replaced.

3 . This also ensures that even the monitor being swapped to next bed, it will take the IP of the next associated switch port IP address assigned by the dhcp server.

This feature is available  in cisco switches as told by the monitor vendor.

Is there a way we can achieve it on Juniper environment also?

    Thanks,
    AN
