    Hello,

Please refer to this KB : https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB22048&actp=METADATA

It has a summary for the basic SNMPv3 configuration to be mapped with your configuration parameters

you may find the Minimum SNMPv3 Configuration well described here

    https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/task/configuration/snmpv3-minimum-config-junos-nm.html

You can generate a SNMP trap for any Syslog message you need to pay more attention like (Interface status, CPU, rpd,, etc)

A simple example described in the below KB

    https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB25705&cat=MANAGEMENT_ADMIN&actp=LIST

    and this link as well

    https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/example/junos-script-automation-event-policy-raising-snmp-traps.html

    Hope this helps.  ‌😎
