  • 1.  SRX220 Unstable - Questions Please

    Posted 10-02-2021 05:11
    Hello,
I have an SRX220 that has been unstable, as it appears to go offline and restart at various times, on it's own! Based on my system parameters below, do I need to update my BIO's to 2.8? Do I need to also look into my file system boot-messages WARNINGS?
Lastly, what about the snapshot media internal files, Primary vs Backup.
    Should they be matching versions?
    Please do let me know.
    V/r,
    Scott

    The logged reboot reason
    Last reboot reason 0x1:power cycle/failure

Indicates either a local power issue or hardware problem in the power systems.

Check the other devices on the same circuit and confirm whether that is an issue with the power feed or other shared resource like the power strip.

If this is good, The srx220 does use an external power supply, you can replace that as potentially bad.

If it still occurs then the remaining hardware is internal and will require the srx220 itself be replaced.
