  • 1.  SRX3600 Major alarm

    Hi all..

    My SRX3600 was working fine until i restarted it during a planned shutdown. Now the FPC modules of firewall are shown in present status rather than online and the interfaces won't come up. The firewall show a major alarm of "Fan tray I2C failure"  to ">show chassis alarms". The command "> show chassis fan" shows that all the fans are running at normal speed.

    Anxiously awaiting your kind help

    HI,

    Could you share the following output:

     

    show chassis environment

    show chassis fpc detail

    show chassis routing-engine

    show chassis temperature-thresholds

    show chassis alarms

    show chassis fan

    Thank You Karand for your response. The issue was hardware related and was resolved by replacing the fan tray of the device.
