HelloI just wanted to update my new srx4600 clusterif I have the command request system software in-service-upgrade /var/tmp/junos-srxhe-x86-64-18.4R1.8.tgz reboot
I will follow the output
ode0:Chassis ISSU Startednode1:Chassis ISSU StartedISSU: Validating ImageISSU: Pre-check.ISSU: Pre-check failure. Reason: Priority too lownode0:JSRPD exited in-service-upgrade windownode1:JSRPD exited in-service-upgrade windownode0:Chassis ISSU Abortednode1:Chassis ISSU AbortedISSU: IDLE[Feb 1 08:48:54]: ISSU aborted and exiting ISSU window.
So the problem comes that the redundancy group 2 both nodes the priorty 0 because the interface is still down?
Please share the output of below mentioned commands:
show chassis alarm
show chassis fpc pic-status
show chassis cluster status
show chassis cluster interfaces
show chassis cluster information detail
ANFAFFM,
Which version are you upgrading from, via ISSU to 18.4R1.8 on 4600 ? . We may have a known software issue around this.
