Juniper extends SDSN eco system with leading CASBs, CipherCloud and Netskope
The rapid adoption of and reliance on cloud services, combined with the limitations on the reach of perimeter-based firewalls with no visibility and control into SaaS clouds, is creating new risks and gaps in security visibility for malware propagation, data leakage and regulatory non-compliance. Users can rapidly share any file with almost anyone without IT ever knowing about it, significantly increasing the risks of data loss, compliance violations, spread of malware and security breaches. Enterprise customers who want to leverage the cost and agility advantages of cloud applications must maintain expected security, privacy, and compliance levels without disrupting business or exposing personal and regulated data being sent to the cloud. In addition, organizations must consider how to combat new threats as sensitive data moves to the cloud.
As part of the Software-Defined Secure Network (SDSN) ecosystem, Juniper has partnered with leading CASBs, CipherCloud and Netskope, to offer an integrated cloud security solution providing a comprehensive cloud aware threat defense that delivers complete visibility and granular enforcement across enterprise network. The integrated solution combines Juniper’s Sky Advanced Threat Prevention with CASB solutions to help enterprises effectively secure their cloud applications.
The new CASB integration adds another dimension to Juniper SDSN platform, providing key insights into data and threat exposure on SaaS applications. The joint solution provides comprehensive security and enforcement whether data resides on-premise, has been visualized in private cloud or is extended to public cloud with no impact on the end-user experience.
